Meet Our Team
Clair Naylor
Clair joined DPWM Benefits in March of 2002.
From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Naylor was President of AmeriBen Solutions, a third party administrator.
Prior to joining AmeriBen, Clair was Senior Vice President at First Health Strategies. He directed corporate central operations, including eligibility, client setup, system support, training, COBRA, provider networks and electronic data interface. Previously, he directed sales and services for the Houston, TX office and Detroit, MI offices.
Clair holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a B.S. in Business Management
Carl Roestenburg
Having cofounded Walker Insurance Agency 25 year ago, Carl Roestenburg recently brought his talented and knowledgeable team to DPWM Benefits where he now serves as one of three principals.
Carl is a veteran in assisting employer groups of all sizes with their design, selection, implementation and management of benefit packages for their valued employees. He has been invited to serve on most Broker Advisory Councils of insurance companies represented in Utah and is a respected source of employee benefit design and compliance. He is passionate about transparency and clear communication with clients, and in building long term relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
When not working, Carl can be found enjoying gentleman farming and gardening with his wife Karen and spending valuable time with his children and grandchildren.
Todd Steinicke
Todd began his career in the insurance industry in 1995 when he joined Pacific Service Insurance as an independent agent and consultant. In 2000 he was made president of Pacific Service and is now a principal of DPWM Benefits.
Todd has helped employers of all sizes obtain solution-oriented benefit plans. He uses a client-centric approach in analyzing and benchmarking market trends to match the client with available products. He has extensive training and experience with compliance and healthcare law. In recent years he has been heavily engaged in healthcare legislation on a local and national level. Todd has served on broker advisory boards for several carriers and is a Past-President of the Utah Association of Health Underwriters in 2008 – 2009. He has studied Business Management at University of Phoenix and Weber State University. Todd is a licensed Consultant in Health, Life and Disability insurance. Interests include golfing, mountain biking and time with his family.
Bret Kinghorn
Bret is a 1992 graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia with a degree in Business Administration. He began his career in employee benefits that same year. He was employed by Business Men’s Assurance Company of America in a variety of sales and management positions that focused on the sale of group medical, dental, long and short-term disability, life, voluntary products and stop loss insurance, both in Atlanta, Georgia and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bret and his father Keith started TotalPlan Benefits, Inc. in 1997. In early 2000, TotalPlan Benefits merged with Davis Benefits, a firm with more than 20 years’ experience in the employee benefits field. In 2010, Pacific Service Insurance merged with Davis Benefits and DP Benefits was formed. In 2017, Walker Insurance merged with DP Benefits to form DPWM Benefits. DPWM Benefits is a unique mixture of the strengths of all three entities. The merger has created a benefits firm with a variety skills and expertise. The firm works with a wide range of employee benefits and employers of varying size. Service continues to be the number one commitment of DPWM Benefits.
Bret is an active member of the Utah Association of Health Underwriters, having served as the President of the Salt Lake Chapter. He is also a member of the Wasatch Chapter of the Utah High School Basketball Officials, serving as its president and the state president. He is certified by the National Federation of High School Officials and the NCAA as a basketball referee. He also referees for the NBA’s Utah Jazz in their preseason preparation. He and his wife, the former Maureen Riley have six children, Alex, Jenny, Suzy, Matt, Jack and Cory as well as two grandchildren, Georgia and June.
Josh Schreiber
Josh has been helping businesses and families navigate the world of insurance for more than two decades. He began his career at IHC Health Plans in 2002, gaining a strong foundation on the carrier side before moving into benefits consulting in 2007 with DPWM Benefits. Since then, he’s worked with organizations of all sizes to design innovative benefits strategies that reduce employee costs, help employers retain loyal teams, and support families navigating Marketplace and Medicare options.
He is also deeply engaged in the industry at a leadership level. Since 2014, Josh has served on the board of Utah’s chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, where he has held roles as Legislative Chair, Communications Chair, and President.
Outside of work, Josh is happiest outdoors. Having grown up in the Cascade Mountains outside Seattle, he developed a lifelong love for backcountry camping, alpine lake swimming, hiking, running, and wildlife photography. These days, he also enjoys traveling and adventuring with his wife, daughter, and twin boys.
Josh holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah State University.
